Kimsa Internship Program

KIMSA offers a best-in-class internship program for young professionals interested in every aspect of the venture capital ecosystem, including investment, research & strategy, business development, and operations. Once positions for internships become available, they will be displayed on this page.

The Ideal Intern Candidate Will Have

  • History of strong academic performance in a relevant field (finance/accounting, business administration, environmental/ sustainability studies, interests in energy)

  • Composition in high stress situations

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude, team player, open-minded and not ego-driven

  • Willingness to learn and collaborate

  • Proactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challenge

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical nature

  • Strong phone and videoconferencing persona

  • Be a proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Demonstrated passion around green technologies/sustainability

  • Proficiency in Spanish and one foreign language a plus

We ask interns to commit to at least 6 months (3 to 8 hours per week).
